Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic for Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, includes performing detailed keyword research, optimizing website pages, and conducting regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical and content-related issues.

The role involves managing link-building initiatives, collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO with broader digital campaigns, and tracking performance metrics using analytics and SEO tools.



The SEO Executive will also coordinate with social media and branding teams to ensure consistent online visibility and support lead-generation and brand-awareness objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Candidates should possess solid On-Page SEO skills, including meta tags, URL structure, content optimization, internal linking, and technical best practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in Link Building, including outreach, backlink analysis, and maintaining a high-quality link profile.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to coordinate organic search efforts with social visibility and engagement.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in SEO within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or regulated industries is beneficial, along with effective communication and collaboration skills.
