About the Role

This role is a client-facing leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery while also acting as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams. The individual will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end project management activities ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

- Owning the delivery end to end by exhibiting problem-solving skills

- Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional teams at the same time

- Owning the comprehensive Change management process at the customer side

- At the customer side, preparing & Managing project plans, sprint backlogs, and workflows

- Proactively suggesting improvements in the process and coming up with hard ($) savings/ soft savings (process improvements)

- Responding quickly to the customer ask

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts,



and stakeholders to define priorities and align project goals

- Lead and mentor Project Management and Scrum teams

- Provide regular project status updates, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans

- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management

Required Skills:

- Project Management experience along with hands-on Scrum Master experience

- Robust expertise in JIRA and Monday.com (preferably at the admin level too)

- Experience in managing large teams (including 3

rd party vendors) and leading PM/SM functions

- Scrum certified (CSM/PSM)

- Must have handled US/UK customers

- Confident personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

- Experience working directly with Product Owners and Business Analysts

- Ability to work with US stakeholders in overlapping time zones
