Job Overview

Looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA, production planning, quality management, and PP-QM integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP PP processes including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning.
- Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Plans, MIC, Sampling Procedures, QM Notifications, Quality Info Records, and DMR.
- Handle PP-QM integration, including Inspection Types 03/04.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, testing, UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.




- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve PP/QM issues within SLA.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PM, and external systems.
- Exposure to MES/Anaplan integration, IDocs, and APIs is an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Robust SAP PP & QM hands-on experience.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
- Experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Experience in implementation/support projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP PP/QM certification is preferred.
