ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring for SAP OpenText VIM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience. You'll work closely with clients on SAP Vendor Invoice Management implementations, everything from requirement workshops and configuration through testing, cutover, and post go-live support. If you've delivered end-to-end VIM projects in a client-facing role and enjoy being the person clients turn to on AP automation questions, we'd like to talk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Run client workshops on SAP VIM/OpenText Vendor Invoice Management and gather requirements for the BBP.
- Configure SAP VIM and design solutions for Document Processing, PO Blocking, Invoice Approval, and VIM Central Reports.
- Prepare testing scenarios, test scripts,



and functional specifications for custom-developed functionality.
- Own cutover planning and issue resolution through post go-live support.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Any graduate degree, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText.
- At least 2 to 3 end-to-end VIM implementations delivered in a client-facing role.
- Expert-level configuration skills in SAP VIM, ICC/IES, and Enterprise Scan, including how the ICC and VIM interfaces work together.
- Robust grounding in Accounts Payable and MM LIV (Logistics Invoice Verification) concepts.
- Good to have: SAP MM Inventory Management experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with clients.
