Roles and Responsibilities :

- Process and manage SAP GRN (Goods Received Note) entries accurately and efficiently.

- Generate accurate invoices from received goods, ensuring timely submission to customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory management.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including GRNs, invoices, and inventory levels.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.

- Proficiency in SAP systems, specifically in GRN processing and invoice generation.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
