Job Summary:

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily hypermarket operations, supervising staff, ensuring product availability, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily store operations and staff activities.
Ensure proper product display, availability, stock handling, and store standards.
Monitor sales, customer service, and team performance.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchase, Accounts, HR, and other departments.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Support the Store Manager in achieving business and operational objectives
