Assess current CI/CD and DevSecOps capabilities and define baseline pipeline framework and standards during Phase 1.
Build reusable CI/CD templates and approved release strategies (including IaC enablement where applicable) to support scale-out in Phase 2.
Integrate CI/CD with observability and ITSM workflows to enable deployment-to-incident traceability and operational confidence during Phase 2.
Embed quality and security gates (automated tests, scans, policy checks) and ensure consistent pipeline adoption across application onboarding waves.
Enable advanced capabilities by integrating AIOps signals/feedback loops and supporting progressive automation/self healing safeguards in Phase 3.
Support operating model transition and standardization for sustained adoption and continuous improvement in Phase 4a/4b.
