Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous engagement initiatives to build Cashfree's brand and positioning within the startup ecosystem.
/n
Conceptualize and execute high-impact micro-events such as roundtables, panel discussions, founder meetups, and networking sessions.
/n
Develop and manage podcasts, thought leadership initiatives, and content collaborations featuring founders, investors, and industry leaders.
/n
Build strong relationships with venture capital firms and actively engage with portfolio companies to drive strategic partnerships.
/n
Represent Cashfree at VC, startup, and ecosystem events to enhance brand visibility and create business opportunities.
/n
Create and execute proprietary Cashfree ecosystem programs and flagship events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
/n
Design and manage accelerator programs, founder workshops, and startup enablement initiatives.
/n
Identify and execute sponsorship opportunities, including startup awards, industry conferences, and ecosystem events.
/n




Forge strategic partnerships with venture capital firms and ecosystem stakeholders to support startup growth initiatives, including funding cohort merchants.
/n
Identify and onboard influential speakers, founders, investors, and industry leaders for Cashfree events.
/n
Drive sponsorships and cooperative initiatives with VCs and other ecosystem partners to maximize Cashfree's reach and impact.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of the Indian startup and venture capital ecosystem.
/n
Proven experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, community building, events, or startup programs.
/n
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
/n
Ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale engagement initiatives from ideation to delivery.
/n
Solid communication, networking, and project management capabilities.
