THE BIG MAN is a bespoke tailoring house in Phase 7, Mohali. We cut suits, jackets, tuxedos, shirts, trousers, outerwear and Indian ceremonial wear to an individual pattern for every client, in cloth from Loro Piana, Holland & Sherry, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Fox Brothers, Huddersfield Fine Worsteds and Bourgoin.

About the role The Bespoke Sales Executive is the first person a client meets and the one who stays with them from the first consultation through to the final fitting. You will welcome clients into the studio, understand the occasion and how they want to look, guide them through cloth and styling choices, and work with the tailoring team to see each commission through to delivery.

Responsibilities
Welcome clients, hold consultations and understand each client's requirement
Guide clients through cloth books, styling and customisation options
Book and manage appointments, consultations and fittings
Keep accurate client records, style preferences and measurement notes




Coordinate with the cutting and tailoring team on timelines and delivery
Follow up after delivery and build long-term client relationships
Keep the showroom and the cloth library presentable and in order

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in bespoke tailoring. This is essential.
Fluent English is essential. A number of our clients are based overseas and the whole conversation, from first enquiry to final fitting, happens in English.
Conversational Hindi and Punjabi for local clients
Working knowledge of suiting cloth, fit and standard measurement practice
Well presented, organised and comfortable with appointment-based work
Able to work in office full-time in Mohali

Compensation
INR 30,000 per month, plus incentive on sales
