Job Summary

We need an experienced Backend Developer to architect and maintain server-side logic for our ERP, HRMS and fleet management platforms. You will design robust APIs, optimise database performance and ensure reliability at scale.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by web and mobile clients
Design and optimise MySQL/MariaDB schemas for high-volume transactional data
Develop business logic for ERP, payroll, fleet and attendance modules
Implement authentication, authorisation and data-security layers
Write automated tests and maintain code quality standards
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture decisions

Requirements
3+ years of backend development experience




Proficiency in PHP (OOP, PSR standards) and MySQL
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and consumption
Experience with caching, queuing and performance tuning
Familiarity with Linux server administration
Bonus: Experience with HRMS, ERP or fintech systems
