Position: Senior Backend Developer
Experience: 2+yrs
Location: Yerwada, Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office and 2 Days in home) for both Pune and Mumbai location.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Travel: 1% - 5%
Expected Deliverables
Design and develop core platform features processing millions of transactions
Drive technical decisions and initiatives that shape our platform's future
Take ownership to close critical time-bound product requirements.
Required Experience and Skill set
2+ years of end-to-end backend development in product-based companies
Hands-on experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
Robust command over Java and Spring Boot ecosystem
Experience in AWS cloud technologies
Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, Copilot IDEs) preferred
