Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Working Hours
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Type: On-site (Work from Office)
Shift: Day shift





Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous
Languages: Proficiency in English; proficiency in Hindi or Telugu is preferred
