Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Business teams.
Create process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
Support UAT, requirement validation, and issue resolution.
Translate business requirements into explicit technical requirements.
Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills Required:
Solid requirement gathering and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools.
Positive understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
