● Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

● Inform customers about products, services, promotions, and offers.

● Understand customer requirements and convert leads into active customers.

● Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support.

● Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Retain existing customers through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

● Encourage customer engagement and participation on the platform.

● Coordinate with Technical Support and other internal teams for issue resolution.

● Deliver excellent customer experience across Sales, Customer Support, and Retention functions.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

● Achieve assigned sales, retention, and customer service targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
