NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
NKey Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through various channels including digital leads, referrals, channel partners, and personal networks. N
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties. N
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs for prospective customers. N
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. N
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals. N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. N




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information in CRM. N
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and payment processes. N
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, offers, competitors, and market trends. N
- Develop and maintain a solid network of brokers, channel partners, and referral sources. N
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager. N

- 2–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales. N
- Strong knowledge of theBengaluru real estate market. N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. N

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. N
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills. N
- Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients. N
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
