Role Profile:
This is a server-side C/C++ role which involves renovating and enhancing the Equities position keeping system.
You will support and lead different phases of the product lifecycle, including development, testing and deployment
You will work across the core application, which is written in C, the test framework in Python and the back-end data store, which is Sybase.
You will work both on enhancing the current application's capabilities, and in modernizing, scaling and streamlining it's codebase.
You will be a technically proficient and enthusiastic developer, with the desire to produce high-quality code and work across the software stack in order to help engineer recent and existing components
You will work closely with the global team, in particular with the teams in Bengaluru, Budapest and London

Skills Required:
Significant experience with contemporary C and C++ and good experience with Python and SQL is the core skillset
Experience with Linux and shell scripting is also required
Experience with Perl is a plus
Candidates will have robust engineering and analytical skills, excellent communication and the ability to work in a global team.
