We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated and manual test solutions for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality, QA methodologies, and test automation frameworks, with experience validating integrations, APIs, and end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Provar.

Automate Salesforce UI workflows and validate data across Salesforce objects.

Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, flows, Apex functionality, and Lightning components.

Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or REST-assured.

Validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

Execute SQL queries to validate backend/database data where required.

Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira.





Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results.

Prepare test reports, defect metrics, and automation coverage reports.

Continuously improve test automation frameworks, processes, and overall QA strategy.

Required Skills Solid experience in Salesforce testing and QA automation.

Good understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.

Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Provar, or a comparable automation tool.

Programming experience in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and API testing.

Experience with SQL and database validation.

Familiarity with Jira and test management tools.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle.

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
