Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Kolkata.

The Salesforce

Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and custom integrations, as well as configuring and optimizing Salesforce applications. The role involves collaborating with business and IT teams to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring data integrity,



performance, and security. The developer will also support ongoing administration tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development, including Apex, triggers, and custom objects.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for UI and component development.
- Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, workflows, approvals, and security settings.
- Solid understanding of core Salesforce.com platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware tools.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, document solutions clearly, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial environment.
