Role Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, integrate, and support Salesforce solutions. The role will primarily work with Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM, while integrating Salesforce with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements from Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on business needs.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classes.

Build custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Lightning Pages.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other applications.

Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

Write technical documentation and maintain test coverage.

Work with DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Gearset or similar platforms.

Support data migration and large-volume data projects.

Troubleshoot issues and improve existing Salesforce code and solutions.

Work with junior developers and coordinate development tasks.





Communicate technical solutions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Triggers.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

Experience with Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and web services.

Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, SOAP/REST APIs.

Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Experience with data migration and large data volumes.

Knowledge of databases such as Oracle or SQL.

Positive understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills Gearset or similar Salesforce CI/CD tools.

MuleSoft, Boomi, WSO2, SnapLogic, Informatica, or other integration tools.

Salesforce Certifications Such As Salesforce Administrator

Platform App Builder

Field Service Consultant

Experience Cloud Consultant

Experience with contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce.

Knowledge of system architecture, redundancy, networking, and cloud technologies.
