NRole Description
nThe Python Tech Lead – Healthcare RCM Automation role at Movate Technologies is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Bengaluru or Chennai, operating in the UK shift. We are looking for an experienced qualified with 5–7 years of production-grade Python development experience to join a high-ownership engineering team building a greenfield Revenue Cycle Management Automation Platform for a healthcare provider.
NThe selected professionalwill contribute across backend platform services, healthcare EDI processing, data mapping, workflow orchestration, REST APIs, integrations, and operational user-interface components. The role requires end-to-end ownership of modules, from solution design and development through testing, documentation, deployment, and production handover.

- Design, develop, and maintain core platform services, including configuration management, logging, health checks, secrets management, metrics, monitoring,



and telemetry. N
- Build reliable processing pipelines with staged processing, retries, idempotency, dead-letter queues, and robust exception handling. N
- Own assigned modules throughout the complete development lifecycle, including design, implementation, automated testing, documentation, deployment, and production handover. N
- Develop healthcare EDI ingestion and processing capabilities for X12 835 Remittance Advice and X12 837 Healthcare Claims transactions. N
- Parse EDI files into structured transaction models and validate ISA, GS, and ST envelopes. N
- Develop resilient parsing logic to support companion-guide variations, normalization, payer-ID resolution, and CARC/RARC enrichment. N
- Create configuration-driven mapping solutions to transform parsed transactions into standardized canonical data models. N
