Client Relations & Business Development Manager

We need someone who is smart, confident, well-spoken and extremely organised, and can gradually take ownership of most of our client communication and coordination.

Key responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and enquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Understand client requirements, send packages and regularly follow up on leads.
Manage communication with existing clients and coordinate with their wedding planners for schedules and requirements.
Coordinate between clients and our editing team for feedback, changes and final deliveries.
Maintain and follow up on client delivery timelines.




Develop relationships with wedding planners and reach out to potential partners to generate recent business.
Assist with flight and hotel bookings for work travel.

Ideal profile: Preferably someone with 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, luxury hospitality, weddings/events, sales or business development. Excellent communication and people skills are very significant.

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000/month + incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
