Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic In charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, administrative, and team-management skills, along with a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Supervise and coordinate clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff.
Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment management, and front-desk operations.
Maintain high standards of patient care, service quality, and clinic hygiene.
Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily work allocation.
Maintain clinic records, reports, inventory, and documentation.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth clinic functioning.
Monitor medical and non-medical inventory and ensure timely availability of supplies.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational reports with management.




Support the clinic in achieving operational and business targets.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate degree in any relevant discipline; healthcare/medical administration background preferred.
2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, or medical center operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Candidates with experience in clinic administration or healthcare operations will be preferred.
