Clinical Instructor The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students during their clinical training, providing hands-on experience, and ensuring that students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in healthcare. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with a recent academic background and initial exposure to clinical settings.

Experience

0–1 years of relevant experience in physiotheraphy, Recent graduates or those with minimal hands-on clinical exposure are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualification A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare field is required. Specialization in Clinical Practice, Physiotheraphy, or a related discipline is essential.

Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and training to physical therapy students in a structured healthcare setting.
Facilitate practical learning experiences through patient care, evaluations, and treatment planning under the guidance of senior professionals.
Support students in developing essential clinical and communication skills required for patient interactions.




Collaborate with academic faculty and healthcare teams to align clinical experiences with educational objectives.
Document and report student progress, performance, and learning outcomes according to institutional guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotheraphy
0–1 years of experience in a clinical healthcare workplace, preferably in physiotherapy or patient care.
Demonstrated commitment to education and a passion for supporting student development in healthcare.
Solid clinical skills with a focus on patient evaluation and treatment planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and collaboration.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including mornings, evenings, and holidays as per clinical program needs.

Nice to Have (Skills)
First Aid or CPR certification.
Clinical teaching or mentorship experience.
Familiarity with clinical education standards and frameworks.
Ability to use healthcare documentation systems and educational platforms
