Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Transparent communication with the client
Build in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
Hosting and Meeting Clients and giving sales presentations and property orientation about the development
Win Negotiations and Close Deals within specified TATs
Facilitating and driving revisits and resolving customer queries leading to deal closures end to end

Maintain Valuable client follow up and increase buying conversion ratios
Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually
Maintain and Develop relationships with Channel Partners to grow the site business
Activate all other channels as per company requirements to build on the network thereby to increase business
Maintain required number of calls and market visits as required from time to time
Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have positive understanding of the micro market and regular competition mapping
Follow all systems and processes rigorously as defined in company norms
Ensure happy customers to increase cross sell
Take initiatives to meet individual sales targets
