Required Qualifications.
CA (Chartered Accountant) Mandatory.
7+ years of experience in Finance &
Accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
Experience in managing financial operations and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior IPO/Pre-IPO experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with Merchant Bankers, Statutory Auditors, and Legal Advisors.
Exposure to SEBI, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
Experience in a corporate or quick-growing organization.
