We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Java application development and technical delivery
Design and develop scalable applications using Java & Spring Boot
Build and implement Microservices & REST APIs
Develop/integrate frontend applications using React.js or Angular
Participate in system design and technical architecture discussions
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security, scalability & performance standards
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Engineering and Client teams
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance




Support CI/CD, deployments and production issue resolution
