Job Title: CNC Machine Operator / Programmer

Location: Chakan , Talawade Pune Maharashtra

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator / Programmer responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines to produce precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines
Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular inspections
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Maintain production records and report daily output
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work workplace

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2–5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming
Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD)
Valuable problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
Experience in CMC/ HMC / Lathe machines
Knowledge of tool selection and cutting parameters
Experience in production environment

Working Conditions:
Shop floor environment
Rotational shifts (if applicable)

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
