Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nJoin the CX Testing team to validate the quality, performance, and scalability of every release from the customer's perspective. You'll own performance validation end to end — workload design, load/stress/endurance testing, bottleneck analysis, and root-cause triage — across On-prem and SaaS environments. We're looking for someone hands-on and analytical who folds contemporary AI tooling (agents, LLMs) into the testing workflow to move faster.
nWhat You'll Do

Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for current features and releasesn
Build and maintain automated performance scripts (JMeter, Locust, Gatling, K6, or similar)n
Run API performance testing against REST endpoints and backend systemsn
Analyse metrics, isolate bottlenecks, and deliver actionable recommendations to dev teamsn
Establish baselines and track performance regressions across releasesn
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)n
Drive performance triage and root-cause analysis through to resolutionn




Leverage AI agents and LLMs to accelerate test creation, log/metric analysis, and triagen

nMust-Have

4+ years in performance or API testing only / UI and API Testingn
Load testing framework expertise (Locust/JMeter//Gatling/K6) with Python or Javan
API testing proficiency — REST APIs, HTTP protocols, backend systemsn
Solid Python or Java scripting skillsn
CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins preferred)n
Performance analysis with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc)n
Working knowledge of AI tooling — agents and LLMs in a testing/analysis contextn
Solid grasp of distributed systems, system architecture, and database context.n
Git/GitHub; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)n
