- Build features across the stack: React/Redux on the frontend, Python/FastAPI services on the backend N
- Design and integrate REST APIs, including rate limiting, retries, and idempotency for external integrations N
- Model and query data across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch as needed N
- Work with Kafka based event streams for cross-service communication N
- Write unit and integration tests on both ends of the stack (Jest/React Testing Library on frontend, pytest on backend) N
- Debug and triage production issues across the stack, using observability tools (OpenTelemetry, NewRelic) to find root cause N
- Collaborate with product and design on features, and with QA on test coverage N
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and Docker based deployments N
- Apply secure coding practices, given the platform handles healthcare data N

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Python N
- Working knowledge of React (hooks, state management with Redux)



and a Python web framework (FastAPI or Django) N
- Comfortable working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases N
- Experience writing automated tests on both frontend and backend N
- Proficient with Git andcollaborative workflows N
- Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design basics N
