The Role
You will coordinate with Advisors and Leaders, track business progress, provide product and process support, and help the team improve productivity and target achievement. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will also begin supporting customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily with Advisors and Leaders; share priorities, data and follow-ups.
Track business activity and progress through Excel/MIS reports; identify gaps and pending actions.
Share contest details, update individual status and help team members plan towards targets and higher income potential.
Learn life insurance products and explain their salient features, suitability and sales positioning to the team.
Support proposal login,
issuance and servicing by coordinating with the principal company's operations teams.
Prepare simple product presentations, comparisons, training notes and performance updates.
Gradually participate in customer discussions and sales support as capability develops.
What We Are Looking For
Good spoken and written communication, with the confidence to follow up consistently.
Leadership potential, ownership and the ability to guide and motivate people.
Comfort with numbers, data and business-performance tracking.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to use AI tools for research, analysis and content creation.
High learning agility, adaptability and interest in building product and customer-facing capability.
Work Arrangement
Full time, six-day work week. The role is largely office-based at Golf Course Road, Gurugram. Limited travel within NCR or outstation may occasionally be required to meet team members.
