We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Person to develop and expand our school sales business across Bangalore and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales with CBSE, ICSE, and other schools across Bangalore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and Teachers.
- Promote K-12 educational books, academic publications, AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM solutions.
- Identify new schools and expand the existing customer base.
- Conduct regular school visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective schools, negotiate, and close orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the assigned territory independently and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain DSR, customer records, sales reports, and territory updates.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively across Bangalore and nearby assigned territories as required.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in School Book Publishing / Educational Publishing is preferred.
- Proven experience in institutional and school sales.




- Strong network with schools, distributors, dealers, and booksellers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in K-12 School Book Sales.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore education market.
- Existing relationships with schools and educational institutions in Bangalore.
- Experience handling school accounts and institutional sales.
- Ability to independently manage a territory and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Candidates with experience in educational publishing companies will be preferred.
