About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Operations Management Trainee to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their commercial, leadership and operational skills while gaining hands-on experience across sales and business operations.

You will work closely with experienced team members and managers, supporting day-to-day sales operations while developing the skills required to progress into a management position.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing team
- Assist with sales planning, reporting and performance tracking
- Coordinate customer and client-related activities
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitor team performance and help identify areas for improvement
- Assist with training, coaching and onboarding new team members
- Help coordinate meetings, events and promotional activities




- Develop strong customer relationships and professional communication skills
