- Marketing​Location: Mumbai​Reporting To: Head of Business Development About the Role SunAct Cancer Institute is looking for an experienced Sales &
- Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen referral networks, and expand the institute's presence across South Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals, with a solid understanding of oncology services and an established network of doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development •Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. •Identify recent business opportunities and expand the referral network across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions. •Increase patient referrals through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals. Relationship Management •Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, surgeons, physicians, pathologists, hospital administrators, and healthcare decision-makers. •Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Oncology. •Strengthen partnerships with corporate hospitals, cancer centers, and diagnostic chains. Sales &
- Marketing •Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and service visibility. •Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, scientific meetings, conferences, and awareness campaigns. •Represent SunAct Cancer Institute at medical conferences, networking events, and healthcare forums. Market Intelligence •Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. •Identify new opportunities for service expansion and strategic partnerships. •Provide regular market insights to the leadership team. Performance Management •Prepare sales forecasts,



business plans, MIS reports, and monthly performance reports. •Track sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions when required. •Ensure timely reporting of business development activities and customer interactions. Cross-functional Coordination •Collaborate with the Clinical, Operations, Patient Services, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. •Support patient engagement initiatives and improve customer experience. Qualifications •MBA in Marketing preferred. •Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience •10–15 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Diagnostic sales and marketing. •Oncology sales experience is highly preferred. •Proven experience managing South Mumbai hospital and doctor networks. •Experience in handling corporate hospitals, diagnostic centers, and referral marketing. Skills & Competencies •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. •Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills. •Business planning and forecasting. •Presentation and stakeholder management. •Self-driven with the ability to work independently. •Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and referral management. Preferred Candidate Profile •Existing network with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions in South Mumbai. •Experience in oncology hospitals, cancer care centers, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare. •Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC). •Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai for business development activities. Location, working & reporting •Based in Thane & Mumbai •Onsite job, 6 working days

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
