Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Adhesive Tapes

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive with experience in B2B/industrial sales to promote and sell our Adhesive Tape products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Adhesive Tape products.
- Identify and approach potential customers through market visits, calls, references, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable adhesive tape products.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Develop new markets, applications, and customer segments for adhesive tape products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports, customer information,



and sales forecasts.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales.
- Experience in Adhesive Tapes, Packaging, Films, Polymers, Plastics, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market development.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
