Female Jewellery Sales, Marketing &

- Billing Executive

- Handle jewellery sales and customer interactions at the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

- Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Generate leads through marketing activities and customer outreach.

- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and Instagram.

- Present jewellery products professionally and explain product details.

- Handle billing and basic computer-related tasks.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.

- Support the showroom team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Sales &

- Customer Handling:

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their requirements.

- Provide product information and handle customer queries.

- Present jewellery products in a professional and convincing manner.

- Maintain a positive and premium customer experience.

Marketing &

- Lead Generation

- Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.





- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

- Handle customer communication through WhatsApp and Instagram.

- Support promotional and marketing activities.

Billing &

- Records

- Handle jewellery billing and basic computer operations.

- Maintain customer records and sales-related information.

- Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.

- Gender: Female candidates only.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Presentable, smart, and confident personality.

- Basic computer and billing knowledge.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

- Experience in jewellery, luxury, or premium retail is preferred.

- Passion for sales and customer service.
