We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for handling leads, making sales calls, generating business opportunities, and attending client meetings to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on generated leads.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services effectively.
- Schedule and attend business/client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate recent business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and market visits.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
- Follow up with clients regularly and work towards converting leads into business.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Experience & Qualification
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience:Fresher in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also be considered.
