Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Design Lead to lead our design and video team, drive the visual direction across social media projects and ensure consistently high quality creative output. The role will involve managing a team of graphic designers and video editors while working closely with the creative, social and production teams to take ideas from concept to final execution.

- Lead, mentor, andmanage the team of designers and video editors, including work allocation, reviews, and performance. N
- Set the visual and creative direction across social content, campaigns, pitches, and brand deliverables. N
- Ensure all creative output is high quality, on brand, on brief and aligned with social first best practices. N
- Translate creative briefs and campaign ideas into strong visual, motion and video executions. N
- Work closely with the production team on shoot planning, asset requirements, post-shoot deliverables and timelines. N
- Oversee the post production process,



ensuring shoot footage and assets are efficiently turned into final social ready content. N
- Collaborate with creative, social, strategy and production teams to ensure smooth execution across multiple accounts. N
- Manage creative workflows, timelines, priorities and capacity to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. N
- Build processes and systems that improve the team's creative quality, efficiency, and overall output. N

nQualifications

- 6–8 years of experiencein design, social media, digital, advertising or a similar creative environment. N
- Strong portfolio acrosssocial media, branding, static, motion and video content. N
- Prior experience managing and mentoring designers and video editors. N
- Solid understanding ofdesign, typography, visual storytelling, motion, and social-first content. N
- Excellent creative, communication, organisational, and collaboration skills. N
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, tight
