We are looking for a Counter Sales Advisor who has experience in retail jewellery or 1 Gram Jewellery. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the store, understanding their preferences, explaining products, and providing a comfortable and personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Guide customers in selecting suitable designs based on their preferences and budget.
Explain product details, pricing, designs, and available options.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Build a good rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Assist customers from product selection to final purchase.
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the store team for smooth counter operations.
Ensure a positive and qualified customer experience.
Assist in successfully closing customer purchases.

Eligibility
1–5 years of experience in retail jewellery is mandatory.
Candidates with 1 Gram Jewellery experience are also eligible.
Candidates from other retail industries without jewellery experience will not be considered.
Should be comfortable interacting with customers and working in a retail store workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
