Job Location: Bangalore.

Seeking a highly accomplished Creative Director /Senior Art Director to lead and elevate the company's creative vision across corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential environments.

The role demands a visionary leader with exceptional concept development skills, a deep understanding of event and set design, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams across 2D design, 3D visualization, motion graphics, video, AI-assisted design, and creative production.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on industry expertise,

ensuring every concept is innovative, technically feasible, and executed to the highest standards. This role is responsible for building a culture of creativity, mentoring the design team, driving innovation, and delivering world-class experiences from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership
Define and drive the overall creative vision and design language of the company.
Lead concept development for all events, exhibitions,



and experiential projects.
Develop innovative, trend-setting creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
Drive brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of originality and creative

excellence.
Establish creative standards and ensure consistency across all projects.

Job Specifications :Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Spatial Design, or a related discipline.
8–15+ years of relevant skilled experience.
Minimum 3–5 years in a senior creative leadership role.
Experience in corporate events & experiential design, event design, exhibitions, retail

settings, production design, or related industries. Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
