NJob Title: Salesforce Developer
NWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Aura, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and CPQ. N
- Develop high-quality,



scalable code using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components. N
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features or custom development as needed. N
- Apply design and codingbest practices to ensure maintainability, performance, and security. N
- Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. N
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. N
- Participate in solutioning discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. N
- Support the formation and mentoring of a new development team around the lead role. N
