We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of the sales journey from the first interaction to closure.

What You’ll Do

- Manage leads and drive the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
- Understand client needs, investment objectives, and buying motivations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with HNI clients and investors.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely CRM updates.
- Achieve individual sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through effective relationship management.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car is mandatory
