- Estimation

- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates and commercial quotations.

- Calculate equipment, copper piping, insulation, ducting, electrical materials, installation and accessories.

- Compare supplier prices and maintain project margins.

- Tender &

- Proposal

- Study tender documents, drawings and specifications.

- Prepare technical and commercial offers.

- Coordinate with consultants for technical approvals.

- Prepare compliance statements and submittals.

- Sales &

- Business Development

- Find current customers and projects.

- Follow up on enquiries and quotations.

- Negotiate prices and commercial terms.

- Convert enquiries into purchase orders.





- Maintain relationships with existing customers.

- Project Coordination

- Coordinate with design, procurement, installation and commissioning teams after receiving the order.

- Ensure the supplied equipment matches the approved specifications.

- Resolve technical issues between customer and project team.

- Payment &

- Order Follow-up

- Follow up for advance payments, running bills and final payments.

- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and delivery schedules.

- Documentation

- Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical submittals, material approvals and project reports.

- Maintain enquiry, quotation and sales follow-up records.
