We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Intern to join our Mumbai team. The intern will support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups and conversions while gaining hands-on experience in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, online research and other sources.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and address basic customer queries.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate lead status.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead processing and follow-ups.
- Participate in sales campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to improve conversion rates.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing/completed graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or Customer Support can apply.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Should be comfortable working from the Mumbai location.
- Candidates with a target-oriented and proactive approach will be preferred.
