The role involves communicating with customers, understanding their queries, providing relevant information about our services, and maintaining qualified customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and queries professionally
Communicate clearly with customers and understand their requirements
Provide accurate information regarding company services
Maintain proper customer records and follow-ups
Coordinate with the internal team when required
Achieve assigned performance targets
