Job Summary

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process. The candidate will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide skilled support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain skilled and courteous communication.
Document customer interactions and update the system/CRM.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Customer service or international voice experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
