As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our products and services.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional response.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.
Resolve customer issues and conflicts in a timely and productive manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
