Continuous refinement and enhancement of software components are integral to the daily workflow, ensuring adaptability and performance in agile environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and integration within the team.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS CloudFormation.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
