Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
Experience in developing automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation and application functionality.
Familiarity with integrating Selenium with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Knowledge of scripting languages and version control systems to support automation efforts.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
