About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and resolve queries related to vehicle servicing, repairs, bookings, and other services.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding service status, appointments, pricing, and timelines.
Coordinate with workshops, service teams, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers regarding service updates and pending concerns.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer complaints.




Maintain service quality and achieve assigned customer support KPIs.
Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/software systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Candidates with prior experience in customer support, BPO, automotive, or service industries will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
