Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients in the diamond manufacturing and processing industry

- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market research

- Explain product features (laser machines/solutions) in a clear and practical way

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers

- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams when required

- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and closures

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain daily reports of client interactions and sales activities

- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in any stream

- Strong communication and convincing skills

- Willingness to do field sales and client visits

- Basic understanding of sales process (training will be provided for freshers)

- Knowledge of the diamond industry is an added advantage (not mandatory)

- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
